RentWerx offers a $777.00 Referral Fee to any Licensed REALTOR® in Texas to refer us a homeowner client that signs up for Property Management Services. (Excluding MPO’s). RentWerx GUARANTEES to return the referred client back to the referring REALTOR^® when that referred client sells their home.

RentWerx agrees to pay the referring agent’s brokerage a one-time fee of $777.00.

This fee will be paid to the referring agent’s brokerage when:

1. When the referred Client completes a RentWerx Property Management Agreement
2. The Client’s home has been successfully rented.
3. The referring agents provides a completed W9 for the brokerage.
