If you love interacting with people, be the friendly voice and are a great problem solver, this position is for you! The Customer Service Agent position plays a vital part of our company as they are the first impression on the phones for all of our clients. Your duties will vary day to day and are essential to keep the company operating smoothly.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Answer all incoming calls of the main company line.
- Identify caller and reason of the call to transfer to the right team member.
- Contact all incoming leads interested in renting.
- Schedule showings to potential tenants and answer all of their questions regarding leasing and guide them through the right channels to be informed.
- Input accurate notes on the Property Management Software.
- Tenant Survey Follow up.
- Answer text messages through the chat system.
- Once a month attend Podium After Hours.
- Daily Zoom Meeting
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong English (Spoken/Written)
- Adaptability
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication
- Call center experience is preferred
- Previous Property Management experience is a plus
Technical Requirements for the Position: To ensure smooth workflow, you will need the following technical specifications:
- A computer with up-to-date technology, including at least an Intel i5 Processor or AMD equivalent, 8 GB RAM, and a webcam with a microphone/headset (as all-day Zoom meetings are required).
- Reliable and high-speed internet access with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. It’s also advisable to have a backup internet plan in case of local outages.
