Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management company based in San Antonio is seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative based in Mexico that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming sales calls.
- Discussing options for Property Management services.
- Input new leads for RentWerx and SaleWerx and complete initial sales calls.
- Schedule in-home and phone appointments for RentWerx Sales team.
- MLS prospecting.
- Cold calling through the dialer.
- Send weekly Marketing Reports to owners with homes on the market.
- Once a month attend Podium chat after hours.
- Company-wise Daily Zoom Meeting.
- Other duties as assigned depending on seasonal workflow.
Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong English (Spoken/Written)
- 2+ years of experience in commission sales
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Technical Requirements for the Position: To ensure smooth workflow, you will need the following technical specifications:
- A computer with up-to-date technology, including at least an Intel i5 Processor or AMD equivalent, 8 GB RAM, and a webcam with a microphone/headset (as all-day Zoom meetings are required).
- Reliable and high-speed internet access with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. It’s also advisable to have a backup internet plan in case of local outages.
