These are what are called pocket listings – but what about a Package listing? In some cases investors are looking to sell their property with a tenant in place. This is a great opportunity for an investor who wants an immediate return on their capital.

What it is The Werx Investor Network?
A way to offer our clients investment properties available for purchase, not on the market, and selling at a discount! These homes will have a tenant in place for at least 90+ days, sell below market value, and will only be available to investors who join our Investor Pocket Listing Program.
What are the benefits?
Investors are offered homes that are not on the market, so there won’t be competition from hundreds of other buyers driving up the price.
