Manager Services is here to help simplify your day-to-day with all the rental properties you manage. Our Slogan is “One Call Does It All” and we mean that! We provide Home Inspection, Texas rental property code compliance work, and rekey services. We understand that is can be frustrating trying to coordinate your vendors to meet at a property and complete their job within a timely manner. What we have done is taken at least 3 vendors and put them all in one company. With Manager Services, we can save you time, get great professional service, and save you from all that frustration.
Here are the services we provide and a few benefits of the rekey system we use.
- Home Inspections: Visual inspections with a 360′ degree camera perspective.
- Code work: Bringing the home up to Texas rental property code.
- Replace air filters and add water softener salt if needed. Please note that Manager Services will not be responsible or liable for replacing air filters that are located in attics.
- Rekey: Manager Services upgrades all home entry locks to a durable commercial grade IC Core Lock. This means the home is more secure, can save you money with the roll over costs, and have complete key control. While we rekey, we also change out any keyed entry knob with a passage knob to prevent all lock outs from happening.
