Job Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Business Development Manager and driving growth within our property management portfolio. This position is responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients, increasing lead conversion, minimizing property vacancy, and providing expert market guidance to homeowners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in having data-informed conversations — including the occasional tough one — to help clients achieve rental success. They must be results-driven, willing to take direction, and constantly seeking ways to improve performance, processes, and outcomes, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Sales Support
- Support the Business Development Manager with daily tasks, administrative responsibilities, and client communication to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the full onboarding process for new homeowner clients — from signed management agreement to an executed lease with a qualified tenant
- Educate clients on pricing strategies, presentation standards, and market expectations, including conducting direct and honest conversations when necessary to help homes rent quickly
Market Expertise & Vacancy Minimization
- Deliver weekly market updates and performance feedback to homeowners with active listings
- Monitor and analyze listing performance and local market trends to proactively recommend pricing and marketing adjustments
- Advise clients on rent-readiness and positioning to reduce vacancy and increase tenant interest
Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting
- Conduct regular outbound calls to nurture homeowners several months out from rental readiness and keep them engaged in the pipeline
- Set in-person appointments for the Business Development Manager to meet with prospective clients and close new business
- Identify and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager with investor-focused realtors to explore potential partnerships
- Consistently follow up with prospects and leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead progress, and log all communications and appointments
- Generate weekly reports and insights on lead activity, listing status, and market shifts for the Business Development Manager
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client transitions and consistent communication

Compensation Plan – Sales Coordinator
Base Salary:
- $35,000 annually
Monthly Bonus Structure
1. Signed Homes Bonus
- $250 monthly bonus when 25 or more homes are signed under management in a given month
2. Rented Homes Bonus
- $150 per home rented within 30 days of being actively listed
- $75 per home rented after 30 days
