RentWerx is a residential property management company based in north-central San Antonio that services both the San Antonio and Austin area. We currently manage 900+ single-family homes and are growing at a rapid pace. We are seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join the Business Development team in our efforts to expand further growth. This position requires a high degree of autonomy to complete assigned projects, natural interaction skills with people, and the ability to work well on a sales team. Organizational skills are critical for this role.
Duties:
- Work closely with the business development team and Director of Marketing to maintain a solid Customer Resource Management platform to help oversee and monitor the flow of leads, Free Market Estimates, Follow Up Programs, Immediate Response Systems, and direct marketing efforts.
- Phone Sales: This position requires you to be knowledgeable and comfortable with discussing our services with potential owner clients over the phone with the emphasis on closing for an in-person appointment when possible.
- In-Person Meetings and Business Development: This position will require daily face-to-face interaction with potential clients or business partners. Strong interpersonal skills would be required with a proven ability to close for the business.
- Assist in the creation of marketing efforts to include video production, data organization, client satisfaction, contact management, and social media updates.
- Trade Show Attendance for relationship marketing will be included.
Salary: Starting Annual Salary of $50,000 | Bonuses: Performance-Based Bonuses for Monthly Sales Targets
TOTAL TARGET COMPENSATION: $70,000 to $100,000
Qualifications/Requirements:
- History of Proven Sales Performance
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation

- Some College Preferred – Sales Experience Preferred More
- Strong Written and In-Person Communication Skills
- Pass a Background and Drug Test
